Harris taking classes from Lehmann to become international coach

Melbourne: Australian pacer Ryan Harris wants to become an international coach and is taking his coaching classes from Darren Lehmann.

Harris revealed about his passion to become a coach and how Lehmann has been quietly helping to tutor him.

Harris, 34, has a lengthy injury history and will need another knee operation after the tour of South Africa.

He is considered as one of the best thinkers of the game and has used previous periods when he has been sidelined due to injury to complete coaching courses.

Lehmann impressed by Harris` coaching potential has handed over charge of several Queensland Bulls and Brisbane Heat training sessions to the eager fast bowler last year.

Lehmann and Dawes have been coaching mentors for Harris.
