New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) questioned BCCI president Shashank Manohar on Wednesday regarding irregularities in second edition of the Indian Premier League.
ED is also probing to find any irregularities while setting up of the IPL franchises. The probe is also evaluating the powers handed to then IPL Chairman Lalit Modi and the role of the BCCI.
The second edition of the Indian Premier League was shifted to South Africa after security concerns in India resulted in many star players threatening to opt out.
