The youngster earned a call-up to the national side after having played only eight List A matches.
The 23-year-old picked up two wickets in the warm-up T20 game against Western Australia XI.
Though he did not strike in the warm-up ODI, Sran was economical and conceded just 22 runs in his seven-over spell.
