New Delhi: After Sri Lanka's dismal campaign in the ongoing Asia Cup, former captain Kumar Sangakkara on Friday called for reassessment of the team ahead of the all-important ICC World Twenty20.
In the last round-robin match of the continental tournament, the defending champions were convincing beaten by Pakistan, who themselves are going through a rough patch.
The legend took to Twitter to share his angst and said:
Disappointing to get only 150 after the start we got. Time now to take stock and reassess our squad to ensure the right combo for the t20 WC

Sri Lanka lost the match by 6 wickets, despite their opener Tillakaratne Dilshan playing a seemingly career reviving 75-run knock.
With three defeats -- against India, Bangladesh and Pakistan, they finished fourth in the five-team tournament ahead of lowly United Arab Emirates. Their only win came against the Associate team.
