Mumbai: Fans were delighted, ecstatic and thrilled soon after rumours of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding ceremony started doing the rounds recently. There were reports suggesting that the marriage is expected to happen in the next three-four months. It was also being believed that Deepika’s parents were in Mumbai to meet Ranveer’s family to fix the marriage date.
But wait, before you think it really happened, check out the truth. Deepika and Ranveer aren’t really contemplating marriage right now. They are definitely dating but aren’t planning to tie the nuptial not anytime soon.
According to a report in Bollywoodlife.com, a source has rubbished rumours of DeepVeer’s marriage.
Deepika has apparently taken a break from work because of her severe back pain problem. She hasn’t even signed any other film apart from Vishal Bhardwaj’s, only because of her current health condition. Ranveer on the other hand is busy shooting for Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy and has a couple of more films (Kabir Khan’s ’83, a biopic on Kapil Dev and Rohit Shetty’s Simmba) in his kitty.
So a marriage in the near future is ruled out.
Though Ranveer and Deepika have never admitted to being in love or publically spoken about their relationship status, the fact that they are dating each other is an open secret. Their PDA –warm hugs and joint appearances by walking hand-in-hand – have proved time and again that they are very much in love.
Marriage will definitely happen but DeepVeer fans will have to wait a little longer.
