NEW DELHI: A moderate intensity earthquake on Thursday struck Ludhiana-Sangrur border region in Punjab.
As reported by news agency ANI, the moderate intensity earthquake, measuring 3.8 magnitude on Richter Scale, hit the border area today afternoon.
The tremors were felt by residents at around 5:15 PM.
No information of loss of life or any damage to property has been reported so far.
