England will look to keep their hopes alive of making it to the knockout stages while India will look to continue their unbeaten streak when the two sides face each other in their second last group game at the Edgbaston Cricket Stadium in Birmingham on Sunday. The Men in Blue are currently standing at the second spot in the World Cup 2019 Points table with five wins from seven matches while Eoin Morgan-led side are placed at the fifth spot with four wins from seven games.

England opener Jonny Bairstow has brought up a half-century off just 56 balls. He cleared KL Rahul on the boundary to reach the mark with a six.

England opener Jason Roy also slammed a half-century off just 41 balls during his side's clash against India.  

Virat Kohli and Kuldeep Yadav celebrate after the latter struck to remove well-settled Jason Roy (66). The England opener was caught by Ravindra Jadeja at long-on on the 23rd delivery. 

Jonny Bairstow (111) was caught by Rishabh Pant at deep point on a Mohammad Shami delivery in the 32nd over. 

Yuzvendra Chahal finished with the figures of 0/88 in 10 overs he bowled against England. It is his most expensive ODI figures.

Mohammad Shami bagged a five-wicket haul as India staged a late fightback to restrict England to 337/7 despite blistering knocks from Jonny Bairstow (111), Jason Roy (66) and Ben Stokes (79). 

After eight dot balls, Chris Woakes gave the breakthrough to England by removing KL Rahul for a duck.

England beat India by 31 runs to move back into fourth place and give their semi-final hopes a huge boost. Meanwhile, India's unbeaten run at the 2019 World Cup comes to an end.
