IND vs SA: Five Indian players who could lose their place after Test series
These players will need to have extra-ordinary tour of South Africa for mere survival in the India squad.
The India vs South Africa Test series is not too far away from us. India announced their Test squad with Virat Kohli at the helm again and Rohit Sharma being named the new vice-captain. We take a look at five players for whom the upcoming series will be of huge importance.
Ishant Sharma
India's premier Test pacer could fall behind in race with the likes of Mohammed Siraj and Shardul Thakur making inroads quickly. Ishant had a bad Test series against New Zealand and there have some injury concerns of late. Also, Ishant may not get the chance to play in SA as those are swinging conditions and Siraj, Umesh and Thakur may get a look in. (Source: Twitter)

Ajinkya Rahane
Rahane has been so poor with the bat, he should consider himself lucky to be still there with the team. He has had his starts but his failure to go big as hurt not only his records but India's chances in some crucial games as well. Chances are he may sit out of the three Tests and if he gets a chance, he should grab them with both hands. (Source: Twitter)
