Arif in a conversation with ZEE News said that it was his childhood dream to join the WWE industry. The 23-year-old also stated that just like his mentor, Great Khali, he also wants to achieve immense success in WWE. Arif also said that his father, Md. Abbu Salim - currently a CRPF sub-inspector, played a major role in his inclination towards the sport.
