Uttarakhand glacier burst: ITBP and NDRF personnel continue rescue operations for the third day

The glacier burst in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district has left many in distress. Indian military personnel teamed up with the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) to mount rescue operations.
