National Tourism Day: Visit the unexplored places in India

India is one of the most vibrant, colourful, exciting places to visit in the world. How well have you explored your own country?

National Tourism Day, which is celebrated in India on January 25 annually, aims at making people aware of the need of tourism, and the impact it has on the economy. The day urges people to explore domestic tourism.

On this occasion, Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy encouraged people to celebrate ‘Incredible India’ and focus on ‘Rural Tourism’.
