A man in Siliguri, who was forced into unemployment by the COVID-19 pandemic, started an innovative business using bamboo sticks and has created jobs for others. Debashish Kundu from Siliguri was determined to continue working and provide for his family.

New Delhi: A man in Siliguri, who was forced into unemployment by the COVID-19 pandemic, started an innovative business using bamboo sticks and has created jobs for others. Debashish Kundu from Siliguri was determined to continue working and provide for his family.

While speaking to ANI, about his journey of setting up a creative workshop to manufacture bottles out of bamboo sticks, he revealed that his inspiration came from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's message to 'Make in India'.
