Students of a school in Surat gathered to catch a glimpse of Solar Eclipse. The last solar eclipse of 2019 was annular in nature, forming a ring of fire. When it's a total eclipse, the disk of the Sun is fully obscured by the Moon, however, in partial and annular eclipses, only part of the Sun is obscured. An annular solar eclipse happens when Moon covers the Sun's center, leaving the Sun's visible outer edges to form a “ring of fire” or annulus around the Moon.
