Here is an easy recipe for your Eid special mouth-watering Mutton Gravy.

500 to 600 grams of raw mutton 1 to 1.5 teaspoon turmeric powder ( tsp) 1 to 1.5 tsp red chili 1 to 2 tsp garam masala 1 to 2 teaspoon salt ( according to taste ) One and a half to 2 tsp ground coriander 4 to 5 large cardamoms Mutton Masala 4 to 5 cloves 3 to 4 bay leaves 4 to 5 large onions 2 to 3 lumps of garlic 5 to 6 fresh green chilies 100 to 120 ml mustard oil

First of all, take out the raw mutton in a pan, then clean it well with water. Now take a plate, take 4 to 5 raw onions, 2 to 3 lumps of garlic, and 6-7 green chilies, and grind them in a mixer to make a paste.

Add salt, red chili, turmeric, ground coriander powder, garam masala and big cardamom to the paste.

Heat the oil

Now put 2 to 3 ladles of oil in the cooker and heat the oil a little. Add bay leaves, big cardamom, and cloves. Mix all the spices well in the garlic, onion, and green chili paste. Now, put it in the cooker.

Roast the spices well until the spices are cooked well and leave the oil. After this, put raw mutton in the masala and let it rest.

Put the mutton in the cooker with the well-cooked spices for mutton gravy, add half a glass of water to the cooker and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir the gravy well until it gets the amazing colour and fragrance, try the gas on a medium level for not to burn it up.

Finally, your mutton gravy is ready to serve, just add some coriander from above to enhance its taste and beauty. You can now serve the mutton with jeera rice, pav or chapatti.
