Bharti Singh, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Arjun Rampal and others: List of celebs questioned by the NCB

In a major development over the weekend, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested popular TV couple Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa for alleged possession and consumption of banned drugs, after her home and office were raided. The NCB acted on a tip-off and carried out the raids on Saturday. Thereafter, Bharti and Haarsh were summoned for further investigations to the NCB office.

On Saturday, Bharti was arrested and hours later, Haarsh was arrested. A special (Narcotics) court in Mumbai on Monday granted them bail in the drugs case.

The investigations into actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death has taken many celebs under the scanner of the NCB. New revelations in the alleged drugs nexus continues to shock many.

Here's a list of some celebrities who have been recently named in drug-related controversies. 

Arjun Rampal and his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades were also recently questioned by the NCB in connection with drugs-related case. Their Mumbai home was raided by the NCB sleuths after which the couple was summoned.

The investigations into alleged drug nexus in Bollywood started after actress Rhea Chakraborty was questioned and later arrested in a drug-related case linked to her actor boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput's death. She allegedly named a few celebs and accused them of consuming narcotics substances. 

She is currently out on bail. However, her brother Showik is still in jail.

Deepika Padukone was questioned for her drug chats with former manager Karishma Prakash in October 2017.

Apart from Deepika, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor were also called for questioning. Sara confessed before the anti-drug agency that she briefly dated Sushant. However, she categorically denied taking drugs.

Television couple Sanam Johar and Abigail Pande were in September questioned by the NCB in connection with the drug case.
