Ola Electric has unveiled the Ola 'Hypercharger Network' for its upcoming Ola Scooter.
New Delhi: Ola Electric is all set to launch on the 75th Independence Day of India, which is on August 15, 2021. Ola’s CEO Bhavish Aggarwal recently revealed the launch date of the much-awaited electric scooter. Ola Electric scooter is likely to be priced between Rs 80,000 to Rs 1,00,000.
In several of his tweets before, the co-founder of the company has also given us a few hints regarding the upcoming two-wheeler. Here’s a list of the top five features of Ola Electric:
Ola Electric top speed
Ola Electric is expected to launch the two-wheeler in three variants based on the performance requirements of the customers. The base model will sport a 2kW motor to offer a top speed of 45kmph while the mid variant will have a 4kW motor capable of providing a top speed of 70kmph.
On the other hand, the top model of Ola Electric is likely to be powered by a 7kW motor that is said to be capable of offering a top speed of 95kmph.
Ola Electric scooter’s range
There have been a lot of speculations around the exact range of the Ola Electric scooter. While Ola is yet to officially confirm, reports suggest that electric scooter will offer a range of up to 150 km on a full charge.
As of now, Ola has confirmed that the bike will offer a range of 75 km after an 18 minutes charge with a fast charger. This suggests that the bike could offer a range of 140-150 km on a full charge.
