New Delhi: Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd’s initial public offer (IPO) received 3.02 times subscription on the second day of share-sale on Friday (December 3). The IPO of the firm, which is part of Mumbai-based financial services group Anand Rathi, had opened for subscriptions on December 2. The latest grey market premium (GMP) and subscription status as of day two of IPO subscriptions are now out.

Anand Rathi Wealth IPO was fully subscribed on the first day of subscription on Thursday (December 2). The company on Wednesday had announced it has raised Rs 194 crore from anchor investors.

Anand Rathi Wealth’s Rs 660-crore initial share-sale has received offers for 2,55,81,204 shares against 84,75,000 shares on offer, according to the National Stock Exchange data.

Here’s the breakup of category-wise subscription of Anand Rathi Wealth IPO:

- Retail individual investors quota received 4.77 times subscription.

- Category meant for non-institutional investors got 3.06 times subscription.

- Portion for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) received a 17 per cent subscription.

Anand Rathi Wealth IPO Price Band

Anand Rathi Wealth IPO of up to 1,20,00,000 equity shares comes in a price range of Rs 530-550 per share. The shares of the company will be listed on BSE and NSE. Equirus Capital, BNP Paribas, IIFL Securities and Anand Rathi Advisors are the managers of the offer.
