New Delhi: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is currently busy shooting for filmmaker Aanand L Rai's next venture Zero. The film stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles besides SRK.

The king of romance recently took to Twitter and shared the latest picture where he can be seen enjoying his kite flying moment to the fullest. Shah Rukh celebrates the festival of Makar Sankranti on the sets of Zero and had a gala time.

He tweeted: “Celebrated Makar Sankranti the festival of harvesting & happiness for our farmers around the country by flying a kite on @aanandlrai sets of Zero. Too much fun.”

SRK will be seen playing a dwarf in Zero, the teaser of which created quite a flutter on social media. Watch the Zero teaser in case you missed:

The entire nation soaked in the spirit of Makar Sankranti which was celebrated on January 14. The festival marks the first day of sun's transit into the Makara (Capricorn), marking the end of the month with the winter solstice and the start of longer days.

Other festivities associated with Makar Sankranti are known by various names in different states such as Lohri in north India, Makara Sankranti (Pedda Pandaga) in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, Sukarat in central India, Magh Bihu by Assamese, and Pongal by Tamilians.
