Sushant case: HC adjourns hearing on bail pleas of Miranda, Sawant and Parihar till Sept 29

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the CBI probing the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has returned to Delhi and will hold a meeting next week with the AIIMS forensic team, reportedly.

New Delhi: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the CBI probing the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has returned to Delhi and will hold a meeting next week with the AIIMS forensic team, reportedly. 

According to IANS, during the CBI's stay in Mumbai, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) forensic team also visited the flat of Sushant and recreated the crime scene along with Sushant's sister Mitu Singh, Siddharth Pithani and personal staff.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his Bandra apartment on June 14, 2020.

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has begun a probe into the authenticity of the viral video. The NCB officials will first ascertain whether the video on the internet being shared is real or doctored? If the video is real then the NCB will further proceed with its investigation.

The Bombay High Court is scheduled to hear today the bail pleas of three persons, Dipesh Uttam Sawant, Samuel Marshal Miranda and alleged drug peddler Abdul Basit Parihar, who have been arrested in the drugs case related to the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

NCB detains five persons in three different drug busts, one related to Sushant Singh Rajput death case, as per ANI.
