New Delhi: Last week saw internet flooded with Ranbir Kapoor and Mahira Khan's viral pictures floating everywhere. First, the leaked clicks came as a surprise followed by shock and later took an ugly turn of trollers shaming the Pakistani beauty for 'smoking' openly with the Bollywood star.
While it clearly attracted massive attention, where not just social media users had something to say but even film industry peeps jumped onto the bandwagon and opined about it. After Mahira was slut-shamed for wearing a short, backless dress and smoking openly, many stars from Bollywood and Pakistani film industry showered their support to her.
So from Parineeti Chopra, Varun Dhawan, Taapsee Pannu to Ali Zafar, Osman Khalid Butt and the like criticised the double standards in society and urged people to let everyone be.
Now, another young B-Town actress has spoken about the issue. Bitti from Bareilly Ki Barfi aka Kriti Sanon too has something to say about the leaked pics fiasco. According to Pinkvilla.com, Kriti, who was present at an event was quizzed over the issue and she said, “Trollers should not be paid any heed to,” she began. ‘’We should not give these topics any importance by even commenting on them. Because that is how a news cycle works in a logical world.”
