The 'Yeah Boy' hit-maker walked barefoot down the aisle in a dress by Berta adorned with lace and had a beautiful open-back design.
The groom wore a cream-colored suit by Joseph Abboud, and the couple's wedding bands were reportedly designed by David Yurman.
The two exchanged David Yurman rings that featured customised messages.
Ballerini and Evans, who began dating in March of 2016, got engaged on Christmas in last December.
Ballerini, who grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee, first met the 'Kiss Somebody' hit-maker in Australia when they co-hosted the CMC Awards, a country music awards show.
