New Delhi: Living a holistic life remains a prime motive for each one of us. Our Bollywood celebs lead a hectic life and often striking the right balance becomes a task altogether. But practising yoga, the ancient science can actually help you achieve it with much much ease. 

On International Yoga Day, actress-model Claudia Ciesla revealed how yoga helped her in life. She said, "On this International Yoga Day I wish to share with you all how Yoga changed me, showed me the right approach to life and helped me to turn vegetarian a few months back. I feel healthier than ever before. If you haven’t tried yoga yet than go ahead and start today itself."

Her vital inputs will surely come in handy to all those who are still in the process of figuring out whether they should take up the fitness route or not. 

Claudia is a Polish-German model and actress and even participated in popular reality television show 'Bigg Boss 3' and was later seen in  'Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout'. The actress even did a special number 'Balma' opposite Akshay Kumar in the hit film 'Khiladi 786'.

She was seen in 'Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3' which released in 2016. 

Besides Claudia, several other Bollywood celebrities such as Kangana Ranaut, Shilpa Shetty, Adah Sharma, Jacqueline Fernandez, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Malaika Arora, Bipasha Basu, Karan Singh Grover, Saif Ali Khan, Twinkle Khanna, Akshay Kumar etc to name a few regularly practice yoga and even share their pictures on social media.

The Yoga Day is celebrated annually on June 21 since its inception in 2015. An international day for yoga was declared unanimously by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
