New Delhi: Indian television's one of the most popular faces when it comes to female actresses, Divyanka Tripathi has a huge fan following. She currently features in hit daily soap 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' by Ekta Kapoor and thanks to that fans love their Ishi Maa.

However, some notorious pranksters have been spreading false news of Divyanka's death. So much has been the effect of this hoax news that Divyanka finally had to tweet to put an end to such rumours.

She tweeted:

Divyanka is not the first celebrity about whom a hoax death news has been spread. Several Bollywood and Hollywood bigwigs too have fallen prey to it.

From Amitabh Bachchan, Dilip Kumar to Clint Eastwood, Britney Spears and Sylvester Stallone etc to name a few.

Divyanka and hubby Vivek Dahiya recently won the dance reality show 'Nach Baliye' season 8 and were the constant favourites of the viewers. The duo got hitched on July 8, 2016, in Bhopal amid family and close friends.

Interestingly, not many know that Divyanka holds gold medals in riflery.
