New Delhi: A special screening of the most-awaited film of 2018, 'Sanju', was organised for the Bollywood biggies on Wednesday in Mumbai. Sanjay Dutt was specially invited by the makers to watch his biopic in which the titular character has been played by Ranbir Kapoor. The film will hit the theatres on June 29, 2018.
The special screening of the film was attended by Ranbir's mom Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan’s parents David and Karuna Dhawan, Rohit Dhawan, Rima Jain, Armaan Jain and other celebs.
Alia Bhatt's mother Soni Razdan too went for the special screening of Sanju. Later, Mahesh Bhatt shared a picture of his wife Sonu and Sanjay Dutt, he captioned it,
"Soni is watching Sanju with Sanju !!!”
After watching the film, Soni took to Instagram to post a picture with Dutt and also share the verdict, "I adore this guy. One of the kindest souls on this planet. All heart It’s no surprise that the film in his name is incredible. #allaboutSanju #sanjuthemovie”
'Sanju' has an ensemble star cast with the likes of Ranbir playing the titular role of Dutt. It stars Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Anushka Sharma, Karishma Tanna, Jim Sarbh to name a few.
Expectations are high from this one as Ranbir has put in a lot of hard work to completely transform himself into looking like the real-life Dutt. The teaser has received a positive response and now all eyes set for the big release.
The film will be hitting the screens on June 29, 2018.
