Washington: The chief bomb-maker of Al Qaeda in Yemen has issued out a threat against US, urging its fighters to launch more lone-wolf attacks within and beyond America.
As per a tweet by terror tracker SITE intel Agency, a message attributed to AQAP (Al Qaeda in Arabian Peninsula)'s Ibrahim al-Asiri says, "We urge you to strike America in its own home and beyond".
Asiri, who is one of the master bomb-makers, has a $5 million bounty on his head.
Al Qaeda leader's threat against US comes as many senior leaders of the group have been killed this year by American drone strikes.

Asiri has also slammed a documentary by Al Jazeera which came out in June, alleging that al Qaeda had received support from the Yemen's Saleh government.
The documentary named 'Al Qaeda Informat' featured a man who described himself as as a former spy inside AQAP and he claimed that ex-Yemeni Prez Ali Abdullah Saleh played a double game with al Qaeda to garner US support.
Blasting the documentary, Asiri chafed Al Jazeera for shoddy journalism and said, how could it “adopt an entire film from a single source who is an enemy to another party and originally on the ‘intelligence side.’”
