ISIS fugitive Salah Abdeslam brags about Paris attack in Brussels cafe

London: A day after the deadly Paris attacks, Europe's most wanted man Salah Abdeslam bragged about the horrific massacre at a cafe in Brussels during a meeting with his childhood friend, said a report.

Salah reportedly told his friend that his brother blew himself up in Paris massacre.

Europe has launched a massive manhunt across continents to nab the 26-year-old jihadi. A total of 130 people were killed in the Paris attacks.

The latest details emerge days after the fugitive was stopped by police at the French-Belgian border but then released.

The MailOnline quoted lawyer Olivier Martins, representing the man who picked up Abdeslam and a friend from a subway station in Brussels, as saying that the trio visited a cafe on the way back to the neighbourhood of Schaerbeek.

The lawyer said that his client, Ali Oulkadi, received a call on November 14 and was asked to pick up a friend at Bockstael subway station in Laeken, Brussels.

“Salah told him that his brother, Brahim, had killed people in Paris and had blown himself up,” he said.

Mr Martins insists that his client is innocent.

A Brussels court has remanded Oulkadi, 31, in custody for another month.
