Burdhwan: Three members of a family have committed suicide in West Bengal`s Burdhwan district.
According to assistant police commissioner Sunil Yadav the three bodies that of Nepal Chakravarty (70) his wife Gita (65) and son Sukanta (41) were found hanging in their house at Jhandabag under Durgapur sub division today.
The family members hanged themselves as Sukanta was a physically challenged man and his elderly parents found it hard to support him and the family, Yadav said.
Further investigation is on.
