Four killed in mishap, in Najibabad

Bijnor: All the four persons were killed when their speeding car lost control and hit a roadside tree in Najibabad area, police said here today.

The mishap took place last evening on Najibabad-Kotdwara road, killing-- Ram Gopal, Kapil, Tarun, and Prashant-- residents of village Pureni under Nagina Police Station on the spot.

They had gone to visit Siddhabali temple at Kotdwar yesterday morning and on their return journey in the evening their car met with the accident, police said.

According to the SHO Najibabad Tejendra Yadav, the victims were friends and except Prashant all were married. 

Their identity cards being in their pockets, the police informed their family members who reached the mortuary at Kotdwar Hospital last night.
