Sambhal: Rashtriya Parivartan Dal president DP Yadav on Tuesday filed nomination papers from here for the coming Lok Sabha polls.

The controversial leader, considered a strongman of west Uttar Pradesh, attacked the Akhilesh Yadav government after filing the papers. He alleged that it was working in an "autocratic" manner and lodging fake cases against opponents.
He claimed that Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh Yadav was not happy over his jumping into the electoral fray.
Yadav claimed that at election times he has always faced harassment at the hands of his opponents.
Yadav scotched report that his son Kunal Yadav was entering into the electoral fray.
