New Delhi: Expedition 46 flight engineer Tim Peake who is currently at the International Space Station has shared a beautiful picture of Denmark, Norway and Sweden under the aurora taken some 200 miles above the Earth.

He shared the image with his social media followers on February 5, 2016, writing ''#Denmark, #Norway and #Sweden under the #aurora''.

Earlier, the astronaut also shared a series of aurora photos with his fans taken from the space station.

Tim Peake became the first ever Briton to have carried out a spacewalk outside the International Space Station (ISS).
