Soon, supersonic jet that has display screens instead of cabin windows

A company building a supersonic jet has said that it is planning to replace the aircraft`s windows with thin display screens embedded in the wall.

London: A company building a supersonic jet has said that it is planning to replace the aircraft`s windows with thin display screens embedded in the wall.

Spike Aerospace said that drag would be reduced by the removal of windows that cause major challenges in designing and constructing an aircraft fuselage". The S-512 supersonic jet is not expected to launch until 2018.
The company plans to surround the jet with cameras and display the views on the cabin screens, the passengers will be able to dim the screens or change the images whenever they want.

The aircraft is expected to cost 80 million dollars, the jet is going to carry 18 passengers and will be able to fly from New York to London in 3-4 hours rather han the six to seven it currently takes.
The jet is going to be having a cruising speed of Mach 1.6 and a maximum speed of Mach 1.8.
