New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi termed it a "happy coincidence" that his summit meeting with US President Barack Obama took place days after an "India-US summit" between the two countries' orbiters over Mars.
"After the Indian and US missions held a summit in space after reaching Mars, we are holding a summit meeting here. This is a happy coincidence," Mr Modi said after meeting with President Obama at the White House.
NASA was quick to reciprocate to it by tweeting "Chalein Saath Saath - Forward Together We Go".

'Chalein Saath Saath' is the vision statement for the US-India Strategic Partnership calling for a joint endeavour for prosperity and peace.
Further NASA and ISRO have also agreed to cooperate on future explorations of Mars, which America believes will yield "tangible benefits" to both the countries and the world at large.
