Surat: Panic and fear gripped locals of Suratgarh village of Rajasthan after a suspicious balloon, purportedly flew in from across the international border, was spotted flying on Monday.
The balloon was found with a message written in Urdu, "I love Pakistan" a Zee News report said.
The incident follows other recent instances when Pakistan-origin balloons with messages written in Urdu were found in three villages of Punjab.
In Ghisal village of Dinanagar in Gurdaspur, where there was a terrorist attack in July this year, two knotted yellow coloured balloons was found with a message for Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The message on balloons read, "Modi ji, Ayubi ki talwaren abhi hamare paas hain. Islam zindabad." (We still have swords of Ayubi. Islam Jindabad.)
Another balloon was spotted in Narot Jaimal village in Pathankot with the message - "Bharat Hamse Ladna Nahi lad Sakta - Pakistani Awam" (India cannot fight with us- Pakistani people). The place where it was found touches the border.
The third balloon was found at Ali Khela village in Kartarpur of Jalandhar. The message on this read, "India Ki Barbadi Kashmiriyon Ke hathon hogi. Modi Ka Badla lenge. Insha Allah." (Kashmiris will destroy India. We will take revenge of atrocity committed by Modi. Hail God).
