New Delhi: Sushma Swaraj on Wednesday took charge as India`s new External Affairs Minister.
Swaraj, who was received by Foreign Secretary Sujatha Singh and other ministry officials, smiled and waved at journalists present at the ministry.
She later addressed a press conference.
