New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday acknowledged the fearlessness and patriotism of the great Maharana Pratap while paying tribute to the historical Rajput legend on his 474th birth anniversary.
Modi, while expressing his inner feelings for the legend, said that Maharana Pratap`s life epitomises courage, patriotism and sacrifice.

Modi, who was a Gujarat chief minister in 2012, had expressed grave concern for ignorance towards the great men like Rana Pratap.
During a function, he had indirectly blamed the Congress for not acknowledging the great Rajput warrior.
