New Delhi: BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi hit back at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday saying that he would be wiped out in Bihar by the Narendra Modi wave.

Sushil Modi posted on the micro-blogging site Twitter – "Nitish Kumar doesn`t see any wave of BJP and Namo. He says it is not real wave but produced by blower. If 3/4 majority in Rajasthan, 2/3 in MP, holding fort in Chhattisgarh, near majority in Delhi is not wave then what is wave?"

In another post he wrote – "Ostrich like attitude can`t stop this wave. Bihari voters in Delhi has rejected Nitish Kumar though he campaigned by helicopter. In the same way he will be wiped out in Bihar by Namo`s wave."

The BJP won majority in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh and emerged as the single largest party in Delhi, the results for which were declared yesterday.

However, in a consolation of sorts, Congress managed to retain the state of Mizoram, the results of which were declared today.

Reacting to BJP`s good showing in the Assembly elections, Bihar CM had said that there was no Modi factor in the results and that it was only an anti-Congress mandate. He added that if there was a wave then the BJP should have got a two-thirds majority in Delhi.

Delhi has thrown a fractured mandate with no party getting a majority. The BJP has won 31 seats and the AAP 28 seats. The half-way mark is 36 seats in the 70 member Assembly.

Nitish also reiterated his remark `blower ki hawa` (wind from a blower) in reaction to comments by BJP leaders that Modi charisma had helped the party in winning in the four states.
