Jaipur: Rs 24 lakh more in cash including
two fake currency notes were Monday recovered from another
locker of suspended Rajasthan Cooperative Dairy Federation
deputy manager Surendra Kumar Sharma, taking the amount seized
by ACB sleuths from the official`s accounts so far to around
Rs 5 crore.

"Rajasthan Anti-Corruption Bureau sleuths opened Sharma`s
locker at State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur in Bikaner and
recovered the cash including two counterfeit currency notes in 500 denomination each," IG-ACB Umesh Mishra said.

A separate case has been registered against Sharma in

recovered from the account, Mishra said.

"With this, the ACB has recovered around Rs 5 crore in
cash, around 10 kg gold jewellery and gold coins from Sharma`s
accounts," Mishra said, adding that the worth of Shamra`s
properties is also estimated in crores.

The ACB had raided the house of Sharma in Ajmer and
recovered Rupees 1.5 crore in cash and 24 bottles of foreign
liquor from his house in Ajmer on August 6. Since then, the
ACB has opened several of his bank and private lockers and
