Congress makes veiled attack on RSS, says `invisible organization` behind BJP

In a veiled attack on the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Congress leader Janardhan Dwivedi on Tuesday said an invisible organization is backing the Bharatiya Janata Party.

New Delhi: In a veiled attack on the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Congress leader Janardhan Dwivedi on Tuesday said an invisible organization is backing the Bharatiya Janata Party.

"There is one more organization with the BJP, which is invisible," he told media here on Tuesday.

Dwivedi also did not accept the view that there was a weak response from the Congress to the aggressive campaign by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.
Dwivedi said, "You cannot place an individual and an organization on the same page. The organization should be kept parallel to another organization."

"As far as the ideology of the BJP is concerned, the Congress`s ideology is clear. We proudly stand by on our ideology. There might be some flaws in our organization and same can be said about the BJP," he added.

Clarifying his statement that `the emergence of AAP is a warning and challenge`, Dwivedi said, "Things which are applied on regional parties, can also applied on the AAP. It is not that the AAP got support because there was some ideology or principle. The AAP got support because the people are fed up with corruption. They are worried about the corruption."

"I have said earlier also that the AAP has no clear path or vision which can be debated on national level," he added.
