New Delhi: Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy Saturday said that the two-day meet with the newly elected Members of Parliament (MP) was being held because many of the MP`s are first timers in Parliament. It is, therefore, important to conduct classes and answer questions of the new MPs.

Swamy told ANI, "Many of them have come for the first time to Parliament and therefore, there are many things they should know and learn. It is necessary to conduct classes and answer questions."

A two day orientation camp for the BJP MPs is being held today at a hotel in Surajkund. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with Home Minister Rajnath Singh, will address the party MPs at the programme.
The workshop for the MPs will cover a myriad number of issues including how to behave responsibly in Parliament, how to use social media effectively and will also teach them how to put their funds to best use.

The workshop will be attended by all the senior leaders of the party including Sushma Swaraj, L K Advani, Piyush Goyal and Venkaiah Naidu.
