Days after a Bengaluru-based fashion designer-cum-wellness consultant Isha Handa committed suicide, it is being reported that she searched the online space to find a perfect way to end her life.

As per a report in the Bangalore Mirror, the 26-year old extensively searched the Internet on her smartphone on how she could commit suicide.

She also searched the best method to do it.

At the same time, the fashion designer also made rounds of the localities in and around so that she could select a proper tall building to end her life.

Isha Handa allegedly jumped off the 13th floor of Sobha Classic Apartments in HSR Layout on Sunday, taking her own life.

The report says that according to preliminary investigations, Isha had been planning her death for more than 48 hours.

The police did suspect foul play in the death but they are reportedly now deciding to call it as a suicide.

Also, the motive behind Isha taking her own life is not clear till now.

The fashion designer's smartphone which was recovered from the scene of her death, is said to have been deciphered by the forensic experts.

As per the report, Isha apparently researched for over two days and browsed 89 websites to find the best way to commit suicide.

Isha supposedly perused methods such as jumping in front of a moving train, consuming poison, overdosing on sleeping pills, hanging by a rope, drowning, electrocution, asphyxiation, and jumping off a building.

And she also kept in mind as to what the chances of survival in each were.

At the end, Isha zeroed down on jumping off a tall building as the means to end her life. most effective method.

She too kept in mind the number of floors the building should have and supposedly selected a building which must have ten floors or more and also thought about diving head first or just plummeting down.

Isha, as per the report, took a taxi and went around Sarjapur Road and Haralur Road .

This was to look for the appropriate tall buildings.

Finally she decided upon the 13-storeyed Sobha Classic.

On Sunday, Isha told her flatmates that she was going out and would not come back back for a long time.

The fashion designer went to Sobha Classic and waited till dark to enter the building and finally jumped to her death at around 8.30 PM.

The report quotes a police officer as saying that 250 grams of marijuana and some white pills were found in her bag.

A rope readied for hanging was also found in Isha's bag.
