Mumbai: A special anti-terrorism court in Mumbai on Thursday pardoned David Coleman Headley, the Pakistani-American plotter of the deadly November 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, after he became approver in the case.
The court has made Headley an approver and granted him pardon in the 26/11 Mumbai attack case, on certain conditions, PTI reported.
Earlier, Headley had said that he is ready to depose in the case if he is granted pardon.

He was produced at a Mumbai's Special Court at 6:35 pm via video-conferencing. Headley has been charged in 11 offences.

Headley has accepted the charges.

He had earlier pleaded guilty in a US court for the same offences.

“I appeared here, I am ready to answer to questions regarding this event if I receive a pardon from this court,” Headley said.
