Mumbai: The Mumbai Police are likely to receive the DNA report on Monday of the skeletal remains recovered from Raigad forest where Indrani Mukerjea's daughter Sheena Bora was allegedly murdered.

The report is a crucial piece of evidence in the case in which Indrani, her former husband Saneejv Khanna and driver Shayamvar Rai are accused.

Earlier, digital superimposition of the profile of Sheena Bora has matched with the skull recovered from a forest in the neighbouring Raigad district, Mumbai Police has said, the PTI reported.

"Digital superimposition of Sheena's profile has matched with the skull found in Raigad forest," a senior officer of Mumbai Police had said.

Indrani was arrested by Mumbai Police on August 25 on charges of killing Sheena on April 24, 2012 along with her driver Shyam Rai and Khanna.

Sheena was killed on April 24, 2012 and her remains were discovered near the Pen forests on May 23, 2012.
