The exchange comes amid a standoff between the Centre and Delhi government over a host of issues including the matter of Delhi Police.
The Delhi CM has often said that the Modi government is deliberately creating hurdles in order to stop him from governing.
He has also accused Delhi LG Najeeb Jung of acting on Centre's behalf.
