New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party`s (BJP) Delhi unit chief Satish Upadhyay on Saturday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s successful foreign trips have made the country proud, adding that he is taking the nation forward at a `swift pace`.
"Prime Minister Modi is scripting a new history by making successful foreign visits. The Prime Minister has made the entire country proud by taking the Tricolour to different parts of the world.
He is taking India forward at a great speed," Upadhyay told ANI.
Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Modi returned to India after concluding a successful three-nation, nine day tour of France, Germany and Canada.
BJP leaders, including Satish Upadhyay and Vijay Goel, were present at the Palam Air Force Station in the national capital to receive Prime Minister Modi, garlanding him and offering him bouquets after his fruitful trip.
