New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday will lay foundation stone of Dr. BR Ambedkar National memorial in New Delhi, ANI report said.
Beside attending the foundation laying event, PM Modi will also deliver Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Lecture at the event.
