New Delhi: Just days before Prime Minister Narendra Modi's trip to China, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar will on Friday visit Arunachal Pradesh.
During his three-day visit, Parrikar will visit Army stations in the state.
The minister will also attend the Tawang festival.
Modi is scheduled to travel to China in May.
China had objected to the visit of former defence minister AK Antony to Arunachal Pradesh to which China lays its claim.
Hitting back, Antony had criticised China for raising objections to his visit to Arunachal Pradesh.
