New Delhi: A Delhi court on Wednesday reserved for March 16 its order on a plea seeking registration of an FIR against Aam Aadmi Party leader Kumar Vishwas for allegedly molesting a party volunteer.

Metropolitan Magistrate Pankaj Sharma reserved the order on the plea in which the complainant has claimed that she had approached the police but no action was taken against the leader.

In its status report filed before the court, the Delhi police had said that during its probe, nothing was found to substantiate the allegations levelled by the complainant against Vishwas to register any criminal case against him.

The court had on December 21 asked the police to file a status report as to whether any FIR has been registered on the complaint.

The woman, in her complaint seeking registration of FIR against Vishwas, has alleged that he had molested her here.
