Muzaffarpur: In a setback to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Congress leaders P Chidambaram and Sanjay Nirupam, a case was filed on Wednesday in a Bihar court.
The case was filed in Muzaffarpur district court with a prayer to prosecute AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal and Congress leaders P Chidambaram and Sanjay Nirupam under sedition law for their statements on the surgical strike in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir by Indian Army.
Who filed the case?
One Jaganath Sah filed the case in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Ramchandra Prasad against Kejriwal, Chidambaram and Sanjay Nirupam.
The complainant is president of a newly floated party "Aap aur Hum".

The three leaders were alleged to have sought proof in support of the claim that the Indian Army had conducted the strikes across the LoC in PoK.
