Nigeria has not had a confirmed case of Ebola from the past 42 days.

Amidst mounting fear of Ebola virus disease becoming a global plague, specialists look for a more effective response to control the spread of the deadly disease.
Close attention is being paid to Nigeria which has an ill-equipped health system.
Meanwhile, European foreign ministers will meet in Luxembourg today to try and formalise a joint EU response to combat the Ebola virus amid diplomatic warnings the crisis has reached a "tipping point".
Senegal has already been declared free of the disease.
