Candidates to file nomination for 64 LS seats in seven states today

Candidates will be filing their nominations on Saturday in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal for the Lok Sabha elections.

New Delhi : Candidates will be filing their nominations on Saturday in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal for the Lok Sabha elections.

The filing will take place in 64 Lok Sabha Constituencies spread over seven states and 175 Assembly Constituencies of Andhra Pradesh.

The nomination process in Uttar Pradesh will begin this morning with Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi filing his nomination from Amethi.
